Your personal data are subject to the conditions for data processing set out in Article 5 of the Law, “legitimate interests of the controller”, “disclosure by the data subject” and “necessity for the performance of a contract”, in accordance with the Law and related legislation. The processing is carried out within the scope of the purpose.

The personal data you provide as listed below is processed for the purposes of the printing services and exercises we provide, for the purposes of making requests for appointments, contacting you and communicating with you on matters such as obtaining information, following up and concluding your suggestions, complaints and opinions and communicating back to you.

Your rights in relation to the protection of your personal data

As a data owner, you have the belowmentioned rights in accordance with Article 11 of the Law and the relevant legislation and may contact us accordingly:

• Requesting information in the event that your personal data has been processed,
• Being informed regarding the purposes for which your personal data are processed and whether they are used in accordance with such purposes,
• Learning about the third parties to whom your personal data are disclosed, whether in Turkey or abroad,
• Requesting the rectification of your personal data if they have been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
• Requesting notification of the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, regarding the correction of your personal data and/or the deletion or destruction of your personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing of your personal data,Request that the third parties to whom your personal data have been disclosed be notified of the rectification and/or erasure or destruction of your personal data if your personal data have been processed incompletely or inaccurately, to,
• Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person himself/herself through analysis of your processed data exclusively by automated systems,
• Claiming compensation if you have suffered damage as a result of the unlawful processing of your personal data.

You can submit your requests for the above rights by completing and signing the “Personal Data Owner Request Form” on our website and attaching information and documents that identify you, by making a request in person or by sending an email to one of our email addresses provided in the request form. We will process your application as soon as possible and in any case within 30 (thirty) days free of charge. However, if the process requires an additional fee, the fee may be charged according to the tariff set by the Chamber.
